Short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers. Fonts and images are hosted with the site itself. Data only flows when you visit (our host's server logs) and when you choose to contact us.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, and delivered through Cloudflare’s global network. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it against attacks (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as our processor under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be processed in the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR). See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Cloudflare also asks your browser to report failed connections to it (Network Error Logging). If a page fails to load, your browser may send Cloudflare a short technical report (error type, URL, IP address, timing). Successful visits are not reported. This helps keep the site reachable (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Cookies, tracking, analytics

None. We do not use cookies, local or session storage, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or analytics tools. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Build sheet (Build page)

The builder on the Build page runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you pick is stored or sent to us. “Copy build sheet” only writes text to your device’s clipboard when you press it; you decide whether to paste it into a DM.

Fonts and media

Fonts (Rubik, Inter, JetBrains Mono) and all images are served from our own domain. No request goes to Google Fonts, a third-party CDN or a video platform.

Contacting us via Instagram or TikTok

Links to Instagram and TikTok are plain links. Nothing is sent to those platforms until you click one. Once you are on their apps, their privacy policies apply.

If you send us a direct message, we process your username, the message content and anything you share about your project to answer you and prepare a quote (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The messages are stored by the platform; we delete project details we copied elsewhere when they are no longer needed, unless tax or commercial law requires us to keep them.

Never send seed phrases, private keys or passwords in a DM. We will not ask for them.

Customer projects

When we build for you, we process contract and billing data to fulfil the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and keep invoices for the statutory retention periods (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR). Technical configuration is documented and handed over to you.
