Risk Disclosure
Draft · October 2026
Automated trading of Solana memecoins carries substantial financial risk. You can lose all of the capital you deploy. MOGUL builds software. We do not promise, estimate or imply any trading result.
Market risks
- Volatility. Memecoin prices can move by most of their value within seconds.
- Illiquidity. You may be unable to sell at any price, or only far below the displayed price.
- Slippage. Executed prices can differ significantly from expected prices, especially in thin pools.
- Fraud. Rug pulls, honeypots, malicious token authorities and coordinated dumps are common. Filters reduce some of these risks; none eliminates them.
- Total loss. Tokens can become worthless permanently.
Technical risks
- Transactions can fail, land late or land in a different order than intended.
- RPC providers, Solana itself, DEXs, aggregators, Telegram or other sources can be slow, wrong or offline.
- Signals can be false, delayed, duplicated or deliberately manipulated.
- Software can contain bugs. Configuration mistakes can cause unintended trades.
- A key that can sign trades can also be misused if the machine holding it is compromised.
Strategy risk
A bot applies your rules consistently. It does not make a losing strategy profitable. Past behaviour of any strategy, signal source or caller says nothing reliable about the future.
No advice
Nothing on this website or in our conversations is investment, financial, tax or legal advice. You decide what to trade, how much to risk and which rules to run.
Your responsibility
- Only fund the trading wallet with money you can afford to lose entirely.
- Test with small amounts first.
- Monitor the system and use the pause switch when conditions change.
- Check that automated trading is lawful where you live, and handle your own taxes.
